Agence de placement Trésor inc. takes the protection of candidates, workers, clients and platform users seriously. This policy helps identify fraud attempts that misuse the agency name, logo, publications or reputation.
Your Safety Is Our Priority
Malicious individuals may attempt to obtain personal information, banking information, fraudulent payments or confidential documents by pretending to represent the Agency.
What Is a Job Scam?
- Fake job offers published on social networks
- Unsolicited text messages
- Contacts through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram
- Fake recruiters claiming to represent the Agency
- Offers promising unrealistic salaries or exaggerated benefits
Requests for Money
Agence de placement Trésor inc. never asks candidates for registration fees, interview payments, deposits, payments to reserve a job, recruitment fees or payments for mandatory training. Any request for money should be considered suspicious.
Official Communications
Official communications come only from authorized domains, including @emploitresor.com. Be careful with addresses that resemble the company but use Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or other non-official domains. Always verify the full domain after the @ symbol.
Warning Signs
- The offer seems too good to be true
- The recruiter refuses phone calls
- Everything is handled only through messaging apps
- No official website or verifiable business address is provided
- You are pressured to act quickly
- You are asked for sensitive information before an official hiring process
- You receive an offer without applying
- The message contains major grammar errors, vague descriptions or unverifiable details
Sensitive Information
The Agency will never ask by SMS, social media or instant messaging for your Social Insurance Number, banking information, identity cards, passport, payment information or passwords. Sensitive information is collected only through secure and official processes after candidate file validation.
How to Protect Yourself
- Never send money
- Never share banking information through informal channels
- Verify email addresses
- Use only official platforms
- Confirm any offer directly with the Agency
If You Suspect Fraud
- Stop responding to the suspected fraudster
- Do not provide additional information
- Keep screenshots and messages
- Report the incident to the competent authorities
- Contact the Agency immediately
