Fraudulent or Misleading Practices
Fraudulent, misleading or unlawful practices that are contrary to applicable legal obligations will not be tolerated.

Immigration Compliance
Where applicable, services related to immigration, international mobility or hiring temporary foreign workers are coordinated in accordance with applicable laws.
Trésor does not issue immigration decisions and does not guarantee outcomes before government authorities.
Decisions relating to work permits, visas, CAQ, LMIA / EIMT, permanent residence and citizenship belong exclusively to the competent authorities.
Worker Protection
Trésor promotes safe workplaces, respect for labour rights, equal treatment, prevention of harassment and prevention of discrimination, in accordance with principles promoted by the CNESST.
Financial Integrity
Trésor maintains administrative procedures designed to support compliance with tax, accounting, labour, payroll and government remittance obligations.
Financial activities are conducted in accordance with obligations established by Revenu Québec, the Canada Revenue Agency and other competent authorities.
Fraud Prevention
Trésor maintains reasonable mechanisms to:
- Detect false information
- Prevent document fraud
- Verify identity when necessary
- Protect candidates, workers and companies
False or Fraudulent Files
Trésor reserves the right to reject any file containing false, misleading or fraudulent information.
Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with Law 25, our privacy policies and our information security policies.
Reporting Non-Compliance
Any person may report situations involving fraud, conflicts of interest, legal non-compliance, inappropriate conduct or practices contrary to this policy. Reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable internal procedures.
Continuous Improvement
Trésor periodically reviews its policies, procedures and internal controls to maintain a high level of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

This policy is effective as of its publication date and may be modified to reflect regulatory, operational or legislative changes.
